We have many small groups of adults that meet regularly within our church community. They meet throughout the week, with most meeting on Sundays and Wednesdays. Groups just for women or men, just for young adults, for the more experienced among us, and for parents dealing with all the joys and challenges of parenting teenagers. There’s a place for you at Bainbridge FUMC.

Adult Small Group Fellowships
Groups will be comprised of 8 to 10 people. Each group will share a meal and fellowship together once a month September through May. This is a great way to connect with fellow church members and foster relationships. Participation will increase understanding and communication among those who attend different services and activities but who may not have the opportunity to be together in fellowship. Adult Sunday School Classes
We have several Adult Sunday School Classes meeting every Sunday Morning from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the Adult Sunday School Building (232 Shotwell Street). The Adult Sunday School Building is located on the north east corner of the W. Shotwell and Florida Street intersection.

United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women of Bainbridge First United Methodist Church is an active group of the women in the church. FUMC currently has three UMW Circles meeting regularly at various times and locations around Bainbridge. All women are welcomed to attend and join this vibrant group of women sharing God's Word. With three circles to choose from, there is a circle where you will feel comfortable and welcome.
One of the ways our UMW specifically supports our individual church families in need is by providing funeral meals to families experiencing a loss.
The United Methodist Men of Bainbridge First United Methodist Church is a very active group in the church. The group meets monthly for breakfast on the second Sunday of each month. The meeting, beginning with breakfast and a devotional, is from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the J.O. Smith building. The location of the J.O. Smith building is on the corner of Troup Street and Florida Street. All men are welcomed to come.
The UMM have a "Chicken-Q" fundraiser event in October. This fundraiser goes to support various needs of the church and community.
